Serious Metal Detecting

I have purchased all of my metal detecting gear, including 5 detectors over the past 6 years. My latest purchase was the new Nokta Legend. When I received the machine it was missing the headphone cable. One phone call to Serious Detecting and a new headphone cable was in the mail to me. This is why I only buy from Serious Detecting. A+++++++ in my book.

This outfit dose not support returns by military members , my wife ordered a Cors coil for my Garrett AT Max for my birthday, and we were sent the wrong one! Before we could return it we received orders to move to a new duty station it got packed in the process. When we finally arrived and I found it I contacted “Serious Detecting “ to just exchange it for the right one that’s all I wanted! I explained the exigent circumstances to get a resolution. I was given a unsympathetic response and was shrugged off, then my emails ignored !!! Now I am am stuck with the wrong coil they shipped!!! It’s still on the box never been used! Ordered what was advertised as a replacement lower ML Eox shaft....but this doesn't fit/work with the Minelab 900.

Purchased the Garrett Ace Apex package deal. I was missing a piece out of the package and called. I sent pictures of what I received and the missing piece was shipped out the next day. Excellent customer service !!! I will purchase from them again!

Good customer service and a super fast ship. Also, I think Minelab prices are the same everywhere, but these folks had a great bundle for the same money... really love the Little Digger shovel and all the extra accessories.

I got this product from Serious Detecting on eBay! Great product it takes 4 oz off the Minelab Equinox and compacts down to 21” great attention to detail with extra spare parts! Very pleased with this shaft and it looks cool!

just got my X-TERRA PRO they had it before anyone else I found in the USA fast shipping and double boxed the unit I was more afraid of somehow UPS lost it if you get my drift , fantastic happy camper here in northern Illinois highly recommend

I have been an avid metal detecting enthusiast for over 40 years. I have ordered several items from Serious Detecting in probably the last 10 years give or take. I can say that I have been overly pleased with their shipping time frame and getting the exact products that I ordered. I do not give a business credit unless credit is due and they deserve it (which I may have said numerous times as a google guide) so I am giving this business 5 stars, 6 if I could, for their prompt delivery times (which I know is sometimes out of a business's control, obviously) and great customer service. I’ve been looking high and low for a nice coil cover for my GPZ 7000 19” Coil, and frankly what I’ve found has been pretty sad, and most requiring tape to attach them, no thank you!I finally found this unit on eBay, and it’s exactly what I was looking for. Snaps on perfectly, and doesn’t add a bunch of unnecessary weight...the perfect cover for the 19” coil.Well done! Thank you, Bruce
